A Word About COVID-19

Dear Valued Partner:

First and foremost, we’d like to extend our thoughts for all those affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Since the outbreak in China became public, we’ve been monitoring the situation closely. In light of recent developments, we’d like to provide to you the following updates.

Sales & Field Engineering:

·       ThreeSixty is encouraging our sales team to pursue remote, online project development and product review webinars at this time and to avoid large group gatherings, per the CDC guidelines.

·       Additionally,  ThreeSixty’s Regional Sales Managers are available during normal business hours via phone or online or email to support our customers needs.

Technical Training:

·       Effective immediately, all in-person training courses in Albuquerque have been cancelled until further notice.

·       Those waiting to attend the next technical training class will be notified of rescheduling as soon as it is safe to do so.

Supply Chain and Logistics:

·       At this time ThreeSixty perceives no disruption to our ongoing business operations. As a result, we anticipate no major supply issues with ThreeSixty products.

·       We will continue to ship products from our warehouse in accordance with carrier guidelines.
